Wave 0 vs Wave 1: the strategic call

Environment strategy — 4 vs 6 vs 8

The minimum functional environment count is 4 (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod). Six adds a Data Migration sandbox and a Performance environment. Eight adds a Training environment and a Support/Hotfix environment. Any less and go-live risks compound.
