Question 1

Can I switch tiers later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Question 2

How does the Platinum pilot work?

Accepted Answer

Platinum starts with a 14-day pilot at $0. Card is collected at signup but not charged until day 15, when the account auto-converts to standard monthly Platinum at $350. Cancel any time before day 14 for zero charge; account downgrades to free Starter and you keep your data.

Question 3

Can I connect my own Dynamics 365 or S/4HANA?

Accepted Answer

Yes on Platinum. Connections tab accepts Azure AD app credentials for D365 and OData basic auth for S/4HANA. Secrets never leave the server.
